Description
Technical Parameters

A corrugated roofing machine is a roll forming equipment that processes metal coils into specific corrugated roof panels through cold rolling technology. It realizes fully automatic production, and the corrugated panels produced are widely used in roof and wall systems of industrial and civil buildings.

Product Advantages

Continuous Operation Capability
The entire production line operates continuously-from uncoiling and forming to cut-to-length shearing-eliminating the need for intermediate transfers or secondary positioning. It is ideal for high-volume continuous production, with a daily output capacity of 3,000–5,000 meters.
Precise Dimensional Control
Equipped with a length encoder for real-time feed measurement and a fast-response hydraulic shearing system, the line maintains a finished product length tolerance within ±1.5mm, ensuring batch consistency.
Flexible Adjustment
Switching between different corrugated tile specifications is quick and easy; adjustments to roller gaps and cutting parameters allow for rapid changeovers without replacing the entire mold set. Changeover typically takes 10–15 minutes, making the system suitable for multi-variety, small-batch orders.

Applications

  • Large Factory Buildings and Warehouses:The corrugated roofing machine is used for roof covering of industrial buildings with light structure and good water resistance.
  • Markets and Exhibition Halls:The corrugated roofing machine also provides roof materials for long-span spaces.
  • Agricultural Greenhouses:It can also be used as greenhouse roof panels with both light transmission and strength.
  • Temporary Facilities and Fences:It is also used for temporary construction and enclosure structures on construction sites.

Customization Services

Waveform Customization

Customers provide cross-sectional drawings (specifying wave height, pitch, effective width, etc.), and we design specialized roller molds to achieve precise forming of the specific waveform.

01

Material Compatibility

Roller gaps and forming stages are adjusted based on standard coil thicknesses (0.3–1.0mm) and materials (galvanized steel, color-coated steel, or aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy) to ensure stable forming without damaging the sheet surface.

02

Punching Function

Punching units can be added at the wave crests or troughs to facilitate nailing during installation, thereby reducing the need for on-site drilling.

03

Automation Configuration

The system can integrate hydraulic uncoilers, leveling units, and automatic stacking systems to create a fully automated production line from coil to finished corrugated tile.

04

Control System

Features a touchscreen interface available in both Chinese and English; optional upgrades include remote monitoring, production statistics, and Wi-Fi-enabled debugging.

Company Capabilities

End-to-End In-House Capabilities

We integrate R&D, design, manufacturing, sales, and after-sales service. Core components-such as rollers, frames, and main shafts-are manufactured in-house rather than outsourced, allowing us to maintain full control over quality and delivery schedules.

01

Strict Quality Control

Every stage is documented, from the spot-checking of incoming raw materials and individual testing of roller hardness (requiring HRC 58–62) to concentricity inspections during assembly (tolerance within 0.05 mm). Before shipment, every machine undergoes a trial production run using actual materials; videos of these trials and inspection reports are archived for future reference.

02

Extensive Export Experience

Our products have been exported to over 50 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Eastern Europe. We are highly experienced in export packaging (including iron pallets, stretch wrap, and fumigation-free wooden crates) and container loading procedures.

03

Industry Reputation and Accolades

We have repeatedly received industry association awards such as "Quality Roll Forming Machine Supplier" and "Integrity Enterprise," consistently maintaining a customer satisfaction rate of over 98%.

04

After-Sales Service System

We prioritize remote support-including video tutorials, operation manuals, and instant messaging-with a guaranteed response time of within 24 hours. Machines come with a 12-month warranty and lifetime technical consultation, with on-site engineering services available upon request and mutual agreement.

FAQ

Q: Is the daily maintenance of the corrugated roofing machine complex? What does it mainly involve?

A: It is not complex. Daily maintenance primarily involves cleaning the roller surfaces, lubricating chains and bearings, and checking the hydraulic oil level. The cutting blades and punching dies should be inspected weekly for wear. A detailed maintenance schedule is provided with every machine.

Q: If the rollers become worn, can they be repaired, or must they be replaced?

A: When the chrome plating, on the roller surface wears down we can take out the roller, re-plate it. Polish it. This costs around 30% to 40% of what a roller costs. We also offer rollers so customers can just swap them out and get back to work quickly.

Q: If a sudden power outage occurs during production, how should the sheet material inside the machine be handled?

A: The control system is equipped with emergency stop and manual reverse functions. In the event of a power failure, a manual crank handle can be used to rotate the main shaft in reverse and back out the sheet material trapped between the rollers. Detailed illustrated instructions are provided in the operation manual.
