Our core business specializes in a comprehensive range of cold-forming machinery, including single-, double-, and triple-layer roll forming machines; glazed tile machines; ridge cap machines; C- and Z-purlin machines; concealed-fastener roofing equipment; integrated C/Z purlin machines; and modular container house equipment. These machines are compatible with various coil materials-such as color-coated steel, galvanized steel, and aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloys-and are widely utilized in roofing and wall cladding projects for factories, warehouses, stadiums, and residential buildings. Production equipment
Our 10,000㎡ production facility is equipped with 5 CNC machining centers, 8 precision CNC lathes, and 6 milling machines for processing roll shafts, forming rollers, and cutter molds to tight tolerances. The welding workshop operates 12 automatic arc welding stations for H-beam and square tube frame fabrication, supported by a stress-relief tempering furnace to ensure structural rigidity. A dedicated heat treatment section with 2 quenching furnaces and a chrome plating line processes rollers to HRC 58-62 with mirror-finish polishing. Final assembly is carried out across 5 dedicated stations, each paired with a trial-run platform for load testing before delivery. Quality control is enforced through a fully equipped inspection lab featuring 1 coordinate measuring machine (CMM), 3 hardness testers, and 2 profile projectors-verifying every critical dimension against customer drawings.
