Our 312 type arc ridge cap roll forming machine adopts progressive multi pass cold roll forming principle. It processes galvanized, galvalume, PPGI and aluminum coils into finished arc ridge caps in one continuous process without secondary bending, winning plenty of orders in Southeast Asian and South-American infrastructure markets.
Equipped with 14 16 forming stations, the machine realizes gradual metal deformation to prevent sheet cracking caused by sharp bending. 70 mm diameter shafts and 45# hard chromed rollers deliver long term stable profile accuracy. The PLC HMI control panel supports length setting counting and automatic hydraulic cutting with quenched Cr12 blades for burr free cuts. Forming speed reaches 3-6 m/min for 0.3-0.6 mm raw sheets. Powered by dual 4 kW motors and built with heavy-duty 300H steel frame, the unit fits mass continuous-production.
Custom blank width modification is available to produce ridge caps with different radians. Finished profiles effectively prevent roof ridge water leakage and sand ingress. It can run as a standalone unit or connect with main roof tile roll formers to build complete roof panel production lines for overseas building-material manufacturers.
