Multi-Roller Cold-Forming Process

U purlin roll forming machine employs a 12–18 stage progressive cold-forming process. Deformation is evenly distributed across each roller station, ensuring an accurate U-shaped profile and consistent dimensions, while leaving the sheet surface free of significant indentations or scratches.

Synchronous Hydraulic Punching and Shearing System

Punching and shearing are driven by a single hydraulic station and performed synchronously. Purlins with holes are formed in a single pass while the material is in motion, eliminating the need for secondary processing. Punching dies and shear blades are made of alloy steel with a hardness of HRC 58–62, ensuring durability and clean, smooth cuts.

Intelligent PLC Control and Self-Diagnosis

Features integrated fixed-length cutting, automatic punching, and fault self-diagnosis. The system automatically halts and displays error codes during malfunctions. Cutting length precision is maintained within ±1.5 mm, meeting consistency requirements for mass production.

Highly Durable Rollers with Chrome Plating

Rollers undergo integral quenching followed by hard-chrome plating, resulting in high surface hardness and corrosion resistance that prevents surface scratching during long-term use.
